The City of Alexandria is starting on a housing master plan. The first meeting is April 1, 2010, at the Charles Houston Rec Center starting at 7:00 PM.

PYPAG (Potomac Yard Planning Advisory Group) was the group that worked on possible designs for Landbay F, which contained the shopping center. Future development is possible and the city wants to be prepared when the time comes.
